"Mirror, mirror on the wall who is the fairest of them all?" - Chances are that if you were to ask yourself this question, your Inner Critic would say "Not you!" and go on to tell you that you're not good enough, you really should lose weight, you should do the thing you really want to do next month because...blah, blah, blah...

I trained as a Fine Art Portrait Photographer specialising in photographing women; and over the years I have learned that for many of us, our inner critic is very vocal, talking us out of seeing who we truly are, and going for what we want.  It can lead to procrastination, feeling disempowered, and limiting our belief in ourselves.  - Well, I’m here to call BS on that.

Over the last five years, I have used the One of Many tools, and have experienced firsthand the power that they hold. I see myself much differently now. And I use these tools continually  - in my personal branding photography, my personal life, and my art practice. And I am proud to say that in 2020, I became a newly certified One of Many coach.

I stand for freedom and possibility, freeing us of the need to compare ourselves against everyone else.

I coach women to see for themselves, all that they are self-expressed.
