Susan Saville
Susan helps women in midlife who have reached a crossroads, who have lost their purpose, their energy and their va-va-voom!
Perhaps life up until now has been focussed on others; spread thinly between children, partner, ageing parents and work, whilst simultaneously working her way through midlife issues of menopause, empty nest, loss of parents, or work-related burnout.
She believes that every woman deserves to experience living the best version of her life, no matter what stage she is at, and helps women bring balance, confidence, purpose and joy into their lives in this new chapter of life.
Founder of New Horizons Coaching, Susan uses the transformational coaching and tools of One of Many and helps women find their own new horizon, working with their needs and values and learning how to love themselves through self-care and self discovery.
With over 30 years experience working in the NHS as a midwife, Susan experienced burnout when she no longer had the energy or resources to help herself. Working as a midwife alongside caring for elderly parents with various health concerns including her mum's vascular dementia, at the same time looking after her three children and experiencing menopausal symptoms, she finally got to a point where her mind and body said "no more!"
Through a combination of therapy and coaching, there followed some major life changes including leaving the NHS and training to become an empowering women's life coach. She is passionate about helping women in mid-life to see that joy CAN be found at this stage of life and we can not just survive but thrive!
In addition to life coaching, Susan is an experienced hypnobirthing teacher and baby massage instructor, mum to three beautiful grown children, wife to a wonderful man and pet-mum to 3 cats and a rescue lurcher. She is spending her next chapter doing what she loves, coaching, travelling, reading, enjoying time in nature and finding joy in the every day.
