Rachel first qualified as a coach 15 years ago when, working in the Learning & Development field, she found she had a real passion for helping people on a one to one basis.
In her job, she coached staff to build their confidence, better understand personality preferences, conflict styles, and to help new and transitioning managers adjust to their latest responsibilities and motivate their teams.
In 2013 she branched out on her own, allowing her to expand to work with clients on a more personal level. As a working mum of 2 fabulous but energetic children, she has developed a keen interest in working with other working mums, particularly of preteens.
