Hi, my name is Manuela Damant and I personally believe we need both, fire AND water, adventure AND calm, to thrive in our lives and careers. And trust me, I've struggled with both situations myself at different times. In 2004 I left my well-paid corporate career to follow my passion to retrain as an NLP Coach & Trainer.  A few years later I pressed ''pause'' on running my own coaching business to spend more time with my young family before returning my focus once again on empowering professional women in the corporate world in 2014. I've since been coaching and training over a 1000 amazing women around the globe around my specialties of confidence, influence and balance.

I'm originally from Switzerland, married to a Yorkshireman, proud mother of three teenage daughters and a Power-Part-Timer.
