I’m Jen, and I work with women (and couples) who are ready to stop surviving and start creating a life that actually feels good. After nearly 20 years in financial services as an actuary, I hit burnout trying to be everything to everyone. That breaking point led me to the tools, support, and emotional insight I now use every day with my clients.
Through Soulfire Coaching, I help high-achieving women find a more sustainable way of living and working, so they can succeed without burning out. I also coach with my husband Mark in our couples practice, The Goddards, supporting partners to reconnect, rebalance the mental load, and thrive as a team.
