Hello, my name is Erica, and I have always been fascinated by the power of information. My background in librarianship taught me the value of knowledge in achieving our goals. However, I have realised that often unfounded perceptions hinder some of our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. Our life experiences and external expectations often shape these perceptions, which can limit our true potential. As I developed an interest in the impact of self-awareness on people, I discovered an immensely significant book called Mindset by Carol Dweck. This easy read explains the influence of open and closed mindsets on our lives and relationships. I am convinced that if more people were to read Mindset, the world would be a better place. Having discovered my passion for self-awareness, I have undergone extensive training and qualified as a certified life and well-being coach through One of Many (OOM) and the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM). I am also a certified Mental Health First Aider and a Thinking Environment Facilitator. My primary interest is helping women discover their potential, improve their well-being, and feel fulfilled and flourishing.
