She worked in corporate for 16 years in various types of organisations, building her portfolio career in Business and the IT sector. She was also, always very keen on business systems improvements, and her excellent eye for detail helped the organisation's work more efficiently and effectively throughout her working career. As time went by on her journey of growth and expansion, she always felt that her inner voice was calling her to be more and make a more significant difference in her own life and the lives of others. She knew that time was very precious, and she wanted to unlock her true potential. Even though she enjoyed working and being of service, she never felt that she had found her calling and decided to take the plunge and leave the corporate world in 2016 in search of that.  That was one of the most significant decisions she has ever made in her life, and she knew that it was the right thing to do if she wanted to follow her calling. From that point onwards, everything changed. She attended the One Women Conference in November 2016, and since then she has never looked back. She started Lead The Change in 2017, and the impact and transformation of that journey inspired her to gain more training and self-development with One of Many to become a One of Many Certified Women’s Coach.
