Sarah says...
Work with me if outwardly some may think you have it all: successful business/ great role at work, loving family, great home, money for holidays and those little luxuries. Yet, inwardly you know it's taking too much; it's not sustainable.
Hard work, long hours, luck and sacrifice have got you to where you are now. And, if you’re honest with yourself, you’re exhausted! Not hospitalised exhausted (though you may have been there!) but life exhausted. Clients who work with me do so because they see their exhaustion (and the exhaustion of their team) and know where it’ll lead. They are committed to changing their patterns of thinking and doing, because they deserve a life where work can be joyful, achievements can be fully owned and there is time for the good things – without guilt!
Sarah is a phenomenal coach, she held me to account, pushed me and supported me when I needed it.
Sarah challenged deep seated beliefs so I could get out of my head and let go of those limitations I had placed on myself. She was my best cheerleader and helped me to see the progress and the changes I had made. Tailoring the programme of coaching to meet my needs and allowing for the maximum transformation possible.
As a result I am a better mother, wife, work colleague, manager and leader and she inspired and helped build my confidence to take steps in my career that I would never have thought possible.
If you ever have a chance to be coached by or work with Sarah, don’t think about it - do it!!!

Training & Facilitation:
I adore working with teams and training from stage. There's nothing more satisfying than delivering a bespoke training that meets the needs of everyone present; holding space for great conversation, deep awareness and transformation. My training and speaking style is highly participatory, with use of stories, models and diverse teaching methods to engage and up-skill the audience. If you're looking for a speaker who'll bring the best out in your team or event participants, I'd love to hear from you.
Sarah is quite simply the best class leader I have known. Her energy, enthusiasm and approach are something special. She takes the time to create engaging, relevant and fun content which captures the attention and the fact her classes were always quickly fully booked is testament to how good she is. Sarah is kind and supportive and makes people feel instantly at ease. If you get a chance to work with Sarah or attend something she is running then do it! You will not be disappointed.
