Founder of Flourish Coaching & Consulting, Nicky now uses her own experience of mental health challenges, a plentiful stack of limiting beliefs and lived experience of overwhelm and burnout alongside her leadership development, people management experience and life coaching to help professional women balance their career, their family and their own lives.
