Golnaz works with women who have reached a point where the life they built no longer quite fits, women who look successful from the outside but feel quietly disconnected from themselves underneath it.
Her own understanding of this work comes from lived experience as much as training. She has faced real upheaval, including significant loss and a serious health crisis, and rebuilt her life more than once from there. She knows what it is to lose your footing and have to find your way back without a map, and that shapes how she shows up with clients.
She trained for years as a yoga teacher before she trained as a coach, so she is used to sitting with people through states of real vulnerability. She does not offer quick fixes or a formula for who you should become. She asks the questions that help you hear your own answers more clearly, and she trusts that most women already carry the wisdom they need. Her role is to help them find it again.
Working with Golnaz tends to suit women who are tired of performing, who sense they are capable of something different, and who want a steady, honest presence to do that work alongside.
