Debbie O’Neill
I’m a Managing Director in the travel industry, with over 30 years’ experience leading people and organisations - and a deep belief that how we lead matters just as much as what we deliver. I’m passionate about human-centred leadership, psychological safety and trauma-informed approaches, and how these shape not just workplaces, but people’s lives.
Alongside my executive role, I’m a qualified One of many™ coach and NLP Practitioner. I work with a small number of private clients each year (no more than three), offering a highly personal and thoughtful coaching experience. I tend to work with women who are at a point of reflection - perhaps questioning how they lead, what they want next, or why something doesn’t quite feel right, even if they can’t fully explain it yet.
Together, we create space to explore what’s really going on, understand the patterns underneath it, and move forward with more clarity, confidence and self-trust. My style is calm, grounded and practical - I’ll listen deeply, challenge gently, and help you see things in a new way, without overwhelming you.
