Dr Judith Anderson
Judith came to the OOM Coaching training as psychotherapist for 25 years trained in the Jungian tradition. She has found the OOM tools transformative in her own development. She has a long interest in trauma and how to develop resilience in recovery. She is profoundly aware of the climate, environmental and biodiversity crises facing us and how the OOM coaching methods can be in service to these issues.
Judith completed her training in Jungian Analytical Psychotherapy in 1995 and is UKCP registered and a member of the West Midlands Institute for Psychotherapy following a mental health background as a Consultant Psychiatrist. She is interested in the way that our inner and outer social and political worlds relate. She chaired chaired Psychotherapists and Counsellors for Social Responsibility for some years and is currently Chair of the Climate Psychology Alliance. She has have worked with other organisations such as the Royal College of Psychiatrists and Medact in this area. In 2005 she completed an MA in Psychoanalytical Studies on the subject of Forgiveness and published writing on this subject. Although she prefers face-to-face work, she has experience of working via various forms of video link, so in these complex COVID-19 times I am open to working as a Coach by whatever means is appropriate.
