Terri McNerney has over thirty years of coaching and consulting experience in global 500 companies, specialising in Executive & Leadership Team Coaching and facilitation, with a key focus on developing senior women leaders and enhancing business performance.
She believes constant re-alignment is crucial in establishing what we want, what we need, and what the world is calling us to do. Making a meaningful difference aligned with our purpose and passions and leading a more fulfilling life.

In her spare time, Terri loves to go for walks and hikes in the countryside with family, friends, Steve and their rescue greyhound Cleo. Sharing great food and wine is another favourite, as well as travelling the world! She also enjoys an annual retreat to the Big Island, studying the ancient wisdom of the Hawaiian people, a time to step back, in a beautiful location, review where she is and explore ‘what next?’.
Terri has an MSc in Organisational Change from Hult-Ashridge and is trained in leading edge approaches such as Appreciative Inquiry, Gestalt in Organisations, Dialogue, Clean Language and Women-Centered Coaching Approaches. Her accreditations include TalentPredix, Strengthscope and Women’s Power Types.
Prior to independent consulting, Terri worked in the Oil & Gas and Banking industries in a variety of roles including Business Partner, OD and Change Consultant. Since then, her most prominent clients include Global 500 companies across a variety of industries: energy, broadcast media, engineering, IT, banking and finance. She enjoys working across multiple cultures and countries, from the USA, Asia, Middle East to Europe.
