Many women have spent a lifetime looking after partners and children, putting the needs of others before their own.  They have lost touch with the strong, independent person they once were. That’s what happened to me. It takes a mind shift to rediscover that lost self, but I can promise you, however much you think she’s disappeared for good, if you start peeling away the negative thinking we all get trapped in, you will find that passionate, vibrant self again.

My journey led me to become a pilot, when the future felt desperately dull. What I learnt on that journey I can use to help you find your own wings, reconnect with your youthful confidence and embark on a life of joyful purpose.
