Louise Goldring
I am a coach, mentor and experienced trainer, with a specialism in leadership. I work with people who are ready to move into a new leadership role, facing challenges, feeling stuck at work or seeking better work/life harmony.
With my background in education and training, I focus on support, practical tools and accountability. I have worked with leaders in the private, public and third sectors and have a long history of leadership roles in the education and charity sectors, as well as experience as a non-executive director of a membership organisation.
I am passionate about inclusive leadership, I believe that real collaboration comes from open discussion, welcoming new ideas and experiences, learning from each other, being prepared to be wrong and creating space to develop people to their full potential and I bring these things into my coaching practice, believing deeply in the value of partnership and co-creation.
I have a particular interest in culture change and organisational development, using leadership vision to focus and motivate teams. My experience of leading teams that develop and deliver complex portfolios of educational activity in high stakes environments has given me a strong belief in strengths-based approaches, supporting individuals to grow and develop, bringing in new ideas and external influences and creating space for innovation.
Most recently, my background and interest in teaching and facilitation has allowed me to develop group coaching programmes that bring leaders together to learn from each other and focus on using their personal influence and leadership development to inspire and be the change they want to see in the world.
