Louisa is an experienced and qualified coach, leader and facilitator who spent over 17 years working in tax in a Big 4 accountancy firm and industry for leading FTSE businesses. Her original background was in corporate and international taxation, where she led multi-million pound cross-border projects, before she shifted career to focus on coaching and facilitation. She now specialises in career change/transitions and leadership development. She is a Careershifters & Firework Advanced Certified Coach (specialising in career change), a certified One Of Many coach and a member of the International Coach Federation.

As one of a select group of leaders on Careershifters' flagship online career change programme, Launch Pad (the world's longest running group-based career change course) she leads, facilitates, coaches and supports large groups of career changers through their career change journeys. She offers her own unique, bespoke programmes to support her clients exploring career change and career development.

With over 35 years of experience as a performer in musical theatre and singing in semi-professional bands, Louisa's approach to coaching is playful, challenging, expressive, caring and action-focused. She is a high-achiever who truly understands the challenges that success, high-standards and perfectionism can bring and has spent many years exploring how to create a more radically satisfying, fruitful, contented and energised life. She is on a mission to bring radical aliveness and awareness to the journeys of high-performers, who want even more extraordinary lives, by inspiring them to realise their own incredible mission and potential.

Louisa is also a Chartered Tax Advisor and an honours graduate of the University of Sussex (Law).

She runs her own coaching and facilitating business, specialising in career change/transitions and career and leadership development. Her employment experience includes 17 years in tax, of which 10 years was spent leading cross-border international tax projects in the fast-paced travel industry.

She loves performing in musical theatre shows and has written a variety of odd musicals, comedy skits, novellas and random musings.
