Do you meet your deadlines, manage everything, and appear organised and capable, but nobody sees what it actually takes? The constant planning ahead, the mental rehearsal, the effort of making it all look easy?

You might be navigating burnout, a late ADHD or neurodivergent diagnosis, or simply the growing realisation that the way you've been operating is no longer sustainable. You're exhausted, but falling behind triggers panic - a sense that if you slip, everything will collapse.

This isn't a character flaw, and you don't need fixing. You need to understand why everything requires so much effort, and find a different way to live and work.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 50, after years of high achievement followed by the intense demands of solo parenting. I'd spent decades wondering why I had to work so hard to keep things together. The diagnosis changed everything about how I understand myself, and it changed everything about the work I do.

My coaching is grounded, compassionate and practical. I draw on the One of Many methodology, trauma-informed coaching, EFT, embodiment work and Positive Intelligence, alongside over 20 years of experience in workplace culture and employment law. I help women stop pretending they're fine and start building a life that actually fits - with calm, clarity and self-trust.

I also partner with organisations to build neuroinclusive workplaces - training leaders, managers and teams. Because the systems that burn out high-achieving women are often the same ones that fail neurodivergent employees.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
