Gemma works with women in the conservation sector to help them make the most of their passion and purpose to make a positive change on the natural world. Many women can feel stuck on where to go next, not sure how to get there, lack the confidence to say what they want or know how to make a meaningful impact - this is where Gemma can help.

Gemma has over 25 years experience of working in the nature conservation and environment sector - starting out on the ground as a Ranger, managing teams of Rangers and then moving into strategy development and landscape scale project management. Having navigated the sector herself (including local government, eNGOs and statutory organisations) she understands the challenges that women experience in finding their voice and holding their space to make the impact they want to have.
