Ela brings over 20 years of professional experience, 600+ hours of one-to-one coaching delivery, and a background in teaching and intensive coaching environments. She holds a certificate in advanced coaching from the University of Oxford, is an ICF member, a Voice Dialogue facilitator, and a One of Many licensed trainer. She's also ADHD herself, so this isn't a framework she only studied. It's a life she's living.

As a Voice Dialogue facilitator, she works with those pesky voices inside your head that shape how you show up. If your Perfectionist or Inner Critic are running the show, if you're caught between competing parts of yourself, she helps you find space from them and step into your own authenticity.
