In organisations Collette is a progressive transformation expert, facilitator and executive coach who empowers senior leaders and board-level directors to achieve complex business change by bringing their people with them.

For individuals she is an insightful personal coach, quick to surface the important issues holding back personal growth and professional fulfilment, with a knowledge of sectors ranging from the UK civil service, private sector pharma, formal and informal education and pro bono youth work.

Collette sometimes works internationally, in Europe as a guest Expert speaker on managing change for the European Judiciary, as Visiting Faculty for Henley Business School as an MBA Supervisor for South African students specialising in business development and leadership, and pro bono for the India hq of a global girls and young women's charity.

In the UK her pro bono and voluntary work includes serving as a board member with the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants, a City of London Modern Livery Company, and volunteering nationally as a Leadership Trainer for adults working with girls and young women.
