Christine has more than 30 years’ experience in IT, working as  Head of IT, Programme Manager and IT Business Partner. Her breadth of experience in managing teams, suppliers and stakeholders has given her passion for exploring improvement and especially in supporting women to achieve more. 

Her passion to help and support others started over 15 years ago when she saw first hand the difference coaching could have on an individual's confidence and performance.   This started a journey of significant learning to become a qualified coach herself.  Now she has experience as both an internal coach, and running her own business as a career coach specialising in helping women in male dominated industries.  She is a member of the Association of Coaching.

Her interest in supporting women extended to being a co-chair of the Co-op women’s network.  She led its development initiatives, including training, mentoring and inspirations talks to inspire others to dream and strive for more.  The mentoring network was created by Christine to address a gap in the organisation, and she grew it to over 300 members covering all levels of the business, from executives to graduates. 

Christine current balances a portfolio career as a coach, IT contractor and a Trustee of a Multi Academy Trust for three primary schools.
