Feeling tired and running out of energy? Wondering how to go from Fatigue to Freedom ? Hi, I’m Charlotte, I coach women who are struggling with their energy, who want to feel more empowered and have some tools and techniques on how to manage and improve their time and energy. The world is full of demands on women- to be the best mum, the best at work, the best friend, the best wife/lover, the best sports player, the list goes on. But where is the time for you and your own personal needs? We are so good as women at putting other people’s needs before our own that we end up pushing and driving without any ‘me’ time to have an opportunity to just ‘be’. I know how that feels; I was a perfectionist and achiever who pushed myself in all areas of my life. I am in a unique position to  guide you with my own experience and knowledge. Let me explain. In my 20s I was a physiotherapist also embarking on a post grad course, rowing and training 5 times a week with a full social life and newly married.  Rest and relax, no time for that! I then crashed and ended up bed bound for months taking years to recover. It was known back then as ‘yuppie flu’.  I did slowly recover, then started lecturing in anatomy and physiology, had 2 kids, was chair of the school PTA, started road cycling  hard but crashed again 11 years ago. I wonder why? Can you see the pattern I was playing out? It  was just not sustainable. The missing piece of the jigsaw was I was so much in the  fight and flight response that my body never had a chance to rest and  recover. I was too much in my head and not enough in my body that I was disconnected mind and body. Is this ringing any bells for you right now? If it is then I am here to help. Most of the women I work with have disconnected from themselves, do not truly love themselves and do not know what that means because I certainly did not. To recover,  I went on a journey of discovery and implemented all that I found out, including - becoming a nutritionist, connecting my mind and body, regulating  my nervous system, undergoing a 2-year programme  to delve into the role  that your mind has on your choices and decisions and more. I then wrote a book called ‘From Fatigue to Freedom’ , written as a magical story to share some of the tools I had learnt in a fun and relaxed format.  The book was shortlisted for Business Book of the Year 2024.

The icing on the cake was participating in the One Of Many ‘Lead The Change’ programmes and then becoming a certified coach  with them as the tools they used just added to my repertoire so beautifully, especially the embodiment where you are encouraged to just feel.

It is a privilege to coach women who are stuck, needing some advice and guidance through my 1:1 programmes but also my workshops and retreats. Start to feel empowered, get your life back and start to feel more energised. I am holding a beautiful space for you to just breathe and reconnect with yourself and truly love yourself.

Outside of the work I love, I am a keen amateur rower at Stratford upon Avon Boat Club training and competing, Being in nature  and my garden are my 'go to' and just  being outdoors. Changing the way women think and believe in themselves is my passion and so I also give talks for free in schools about building resilience and dealing with setbacks and also the role that nutrition has on studying and exams. I even give talks to my rowing club women to help them with nutrition for training but also how to deal with anxiety and stress when competing. It is such a privilege to share my knowledge and help others. I also love spending time with family and friends.
