Beverley Paton is a coach, facilitator, mediator and co-creator of the Courageous 8 framework, passionate about supporting women to lead, communicate and live with greater courage, connection and authenticity.

Her work blends deep relational insight with practical frameworks that help women understand themselves more clearly, navigate complexity and step more fully into their own voice, wisdom and power. Drawing on both the Courageous 8 approach and the transformative tools and teachings of One of Many, Beverley supports women to move beyond patterns of over-responsibility, self-doubt and people-pleasing towards more grounded, intentional and self-connected leadership.

Known as The Intuitive Connector, Beverley has a natural ability to sense the underlying dynamics within people, relationships and teams. Her coaching creates a reflective and compassionate space where women can explore what is really happening beneath the surface, reconnect to what matters most and develop the confidence to have courageous conversations with clarity and care.

At the heart of her work is the belief that transformation happens through awareness, connection and conversation. Through tools such as the SPIRAL and the One of Many Power Types framework, Beverley helps women recognise the patterns shaping their choices, relationships and leadership so they can respond with greater freedom, self-trust and authenticity.
