Kay works with professional women who typically hit milestones or new chapters in their life or career and know they want more. Kay provides a warm, encouraging, and safe space for women to quickly feel at ease and be fully open about their dreams and what holds them back. A brilliant listener, she will work to understand you and your world to ask the right questions to uncover solutions. Kay will act as your champion, keeping you focused and on track while having fun along the way!

Alongside coaching, Kay has had a successful communications career across various businesses and organisations, advising senior leaders and managing teams. She’s passionate about learning and personal growth, an Insights Discovery practitioner, and a psychology graduate.
As with most women, it’s not just her achievements that define her, but the challenges. Kay has come from a single-parent family with little money, endured IVF, developed ‘superwoman’ syndrome and burnout through juggling work and family life, struggles with peri-menopause, and struggles with weight/fitness—to name a few challenges! Knowing and using the One of Many TM tools has been a considerable support, not just for surviving but also for thriving.

Kay is a trail runner, choir member, Spanish learner and a working mum of one fabulous boy. She lives with her family in the Cotswolds.
