Aurama Auro
I am passionate about uniting people with the wonder in themselves and about empowering them to grow personally and professionally. I am excited about personal growth, learning and progress, an ethos I grew up with in Auroville, an international township in South India whose purpose is to cultivate human unity and inner growth. This passion drove my initial career in adult learning and in enhancing skills as a specialist technical software trainer and manager for Balfour Beatty. To support this career, I chose to do a Bsc (Hons) degree in Psychology with the Open University, which I completed in 2020.
Doing the degree pushed me to the edge of burnout resulting in being overwhelmed and with chronic stress. It impacted my physical health, mental wellbeing and my relationships with those around me. I have lived the challenges of balancing a career, raising a family and managing a home as well furthering my education. I did all of this by pressing through no matter what.
Through my own personal development and life coaching, I have been able to turn my life around and find my new path of empowering women to be leaders in their own lives and to support women to achieve the success they deserve and are entitled to without compromising their relationships and health. I want to partner with women to support them through challenges, to help them connect with their purpose and to empower their self-development to become the best they can be.
I typically support women who have unhelpful behaviour patterns as a way of coping with major events in their lives, while trying to balance family and career. Together we reset those patterns and reconnect what is important in your life, taking you from surviving to thriving.
