Val Elderkin is a leadership and wellness coach who specialises in supporting female health and care professionals experiencing growing frustration and exhaustion, stretched between the demands of work and life. With experience of senior leadership inside the NHS, she brings a deep understanding of the pressures clinicians and managers face — the moral injury, the constant over‑responsibility, and the emotional labour that often goes unseen.
