At Love Surveying she provides the support, coaching, and networking surveyors need to confidently handle the challenges and navigate the business journey that’s right for them.

In addition to being a One of Many leadership coach, Motivational Maps practitioner, and a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Marion was elected as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Governing Council representing the UK & Ireland, Ambassador for Get Kids into Surveying, and the Lionheart charity which supports RICS members.

And when Marion's not running her hugely successful Mastermind Programmes, interviewing people for her Surveyor Hub podcasts, or providing Masterclasses to her Business Club members, she's speaking at conferences and events on topics such as Using Social Media to Supercharge your Career, How to Deal with Confidence & Imposter Syndrome, and Creating Engaging Content, to name a few.

Marion believes when business is about people, the planet, and profit, in that order, everyone wins, and she is a strong advocate of looking at how an economy can be built not just based on growth and profit but also on the wellbeing of people and the planet, which is why she has aligned her business with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
