For more than 25 years, I've built my career in the IT industry, spending the last decade in senior leadership roles in an environment where women are still significantly underrepresented. I've experienced the challenges of finding my voice, building confidence, overcoming self-doubt, and learning to lead authentically in spaces where it can often feel like you don't quite belong.

Those experiences have shaped not only my career, but also my passion for coaching.

I believe everyone deserves to feel confident in who they are, to recognise the value they bring, and to have the courage to pursue opportunities that align with their ambitions. Sometimes all it takes is someone to listen, ask the right questions, and help you see possibilities you couldn't see for yourself.

My coaching is built on openness, honesty and the belief that setbacks don't define us. I've always believed that when one door closes, another opens—sometimes we just need the confidence to walk through it.

If I could go back and speak to the younger version of myself starting out in IT, there is so much I would share. I can't change my own journey, but I can help make yours a little easier.
