My coaching is informed by more than 20 years of experience as a scientist, leader and strategic adviser in research, innovation and international collaboration. Having navigated my own career in highly technical and multicultural environments, I understand both the opportunities and the challenges women face as they seek to grow, lead and make a meaningful impact.
