Amy Driver
I work with anyone who looks at their life and thinks “there must be more than this!” Anyone ready to take stock and make changes to find joy and fulfilment in their professional and personal lives.
I walk alongside you as you let go of what is holding you back – issues like imposter syndrome, inner critic, overwhelm and procrastination. Find your own path and the confidence to fully live your one wild and precious life.
I experienced the power of coaching for myself. The way I look at the world, my work, and my own life, has been transformed by great questions, useful tools and new insights. Life feels lighter, more joyful, more meaningful. I’m passionate about bringing that illumination to others, so they can step into their own empowered selves.
How would it be if you knew you were enough? That there is nothing to prove and nothing to earn?
I became a coach after more than two decades in manufacturing management, leading, coaching and training teams in continuous improvement techniques and lean manufacturing, having started with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University. I have worked for small and large organisations, in great and not-so-great teams, including working through the changes that come with acquisition by a larger group, and the challenges of factory closure and redundancy.
I'm also the parent of two grown up daughters.
I’d love to walk with you as you follow your own intuition and insight to light your own path.
I particularly like the One of Many coaching methodology – a combination of creating insight with devoted listening and questioning, plus a whole box of tools to use to achieve whatever your intentions are. We also look at how we embody archetypes – a shorthand to showing up in an empowered way that suits whatever situations life throws at us.
I am a certified One of Many coach, with Neurodivergent Aware accreditation. I am working towards ICF ACC accreditation.
