My path to motherhood was anything but straightforward. During the time we were trying to conceive our first child, I silently struggled under the weight of my own expectations. Each month brought crushing disappointment, and I didn’t have the vocabulary—or the courage—to express the pain I was in. I truly believed I had to carry it alone.

A traumatic miscarriage deepened that isolation, leaving me even more disconnected from myself and from the support I so desperately needed. It wasn’t until I began opening up to the people around me that I began to understand my grief, and with it, a sense of hope I hadn't felt in a long time. Our first daughter was born in 2018.

When we decided to try again, the fear returned. I worried I’d fall back into the stress and helplessness of before. But this time was different—I had completed my One of Many Coaching Certification and I had women in my corner who held me through another miscarriage, helped me stay grounded, and reminded me I wasn’t broken. That support changed everything. I was able to speak openly with my family, feel more in control, and incredibly, we conceived our second daughter just a month after that second loss.
