Certified Coach
All of these women have completed our Coach Certification and so are fully qualified as One of Many Certified Women's Coaches.
Certified Coach (Associate)
Some have completed our Coach Certification and regularly work with us "in house" to support women just like in our programmes. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Associate".
Certified Trainer
A small group have gone deeper with the work and have done further training with us. They are certified to teach the tools to larger groups having additionally completed our Trainer’s Certification. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Trainer".

Sadia Salam
Sadia Salam is an Executive Coach, Inclusion Facilitator and Speaker. Sadia uses her experience as a coach, global team leader and over 20 years as a senior corporate lawyer at international law firm, Osborne Clarke and, as Chief Legal Counsel to global management consultants, Oliver Wyman, to support women and ethnically diverse leaders to progress at work and feel happy and fulfilled in and out or work.
Sadia is passionate about helping women of colour with great careers who are silently battling with their internal negative thoughts or feeling stuck or unfulfilled.
Sadia also supports organisations and majority group leaders to create inclusive cultures as the key to attracting and retaining diverse talent.
Sadia is Welsh and of Bangladeshi heritage and lives in London with her husband and two children. Yes, she loves food and rugby!
