Certified Coach
All of these women have completed our Coach Certification and so are fully qualified as One of Many Certified Women's Coaches.
Certified Coach (Associate)
Some have completed our Coach Certification and regularly work with us "in house" to support women just like in our programmes. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Associate".
Certified Trainer
A small group have gone deeper with the work and have done further training with us. They are certified to teach the tools to larger groups having additionally completed our Trainer’s Certification. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Trainer".

Marion Ellis
Marion works with surveyors who love the work they do but feel overwhelmed with all the business skills they need to master. Whether that’s getting visible and selling themselves, engaging with customers, charging a decent fee, or juggling work and life, the learning never stops.
A Fellow member of the RICS and qualified CCXP Marion has a strong background in defect and valuation claims and is passionate about empowering people. At Love Surveying she provides the support, coaching, and networking surveyors need to confidently handle the challenges and navigate the business journey that’s right for them.
In addition to being a One of Many leadership coach, Motivational Maps practitioner, and a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Marion was elected as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Governing Council representing the UK & Ireland, Ambassador for Get Kids into Surveying, and the Lionheart charity which supports RICS members.
And when Marion's not running her hugely successful Mastermind Programmes, interviewing people for her Surveyor Hub podcasts, or providing Masterclasses to her Business Club members, she's speaking at conferences and events on topics such as Using Social Media to Supercharge your Career, How to Deal with Confidence & Imposter Syndrome, and Creating Engaging Content, to name a few.
Marion believes when business is about people, the planet, and profit, in that order, everyone wins, and she is a strong advocate of looking at how an economy can be built not just based on growth and profit but also on the wellbeing of people and the planet, which is why she has aligned her business with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
