Certified Coach
All of these women have completed our Coach Certification and so are fully qualified as One of Many Certified Women's Coaches.

Certified Coach (Associate)
Some have completed our Coach Certification and regularly work with us "in house" to support women just like in our programmes. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Associate".

Certified Trainer
A small group have gone deeper with the work and have done further training with us. They are certified to teach the tools to larger groups having additionally completed our Trainer’s Certification. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Trainer".

I’m Linda, a Senior Yoga Teacher, Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker—specialising in supporting change-maker women who no longer feel they can trust their peri-to-post menopausal bodies.

I’m a senior yoga teacher, pelvic floor & peri-menopause specialist, the founder of Linda Stephens Wellbeing and the —offering practical, body-based and deeply intuitive support for midlife women. Whether you’re dealing with pelvic tension, burnout, or just a sense of being out of alignment, I bring radical compassion and no-fluff expertise to help you come home to yourself again.
My passion is rooted in lived experience: I’ve journeyed through peri-menopausal burnout, defied outdated medical advice, and emerged stronger, wiser—and fired up to change the narrative for women like you.
