Certified Coach
All of these women have completed our Coach Certification and so are fully qualified as One of Many Certified Women's Coaches.
Certified Coach (Associate)
Some have completed our Coach Certification and regularly work with us "in house" to support women just like in our programmes. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Associate".
Certified Trainer
A small group have gone deeper with the work and have done further training with us. They are certified to teach the tools to larger groups having additionally completed our Trainer’s Certification. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Trainer".

Katharine offers coaching primarily for women around the menopause.

rather than the breaking of us.
Following 25 years as a senior clinical leader in the NHS, Katharine set up her Coaching Business FluxState after personally experiencing peri menopausal anxiety leading to overwhelm and burnout.
As an independent Consultant Nurse in Women’s Health and certified One of Many coach, she empowers women to deal with the challenges they face around the time of the menopause. Women who work with Katharine describe her as inspiring, caring and passionate about the health and wellbeing of midlife women.
Through her coaching, Katharine supports women to understand their own bodies and know their own minds, enabling them to move from a state of perpetual flux buffeted by expectations, demands and beliefs of others to a place of self-belief and confidence ultimately helping them to find a state of flow.
Within FluxState; Katharine offers coaching, consulting and courses on the menopause for women, practitioners and companies.
