Jane Owen is a coach, facilitator, supervisor, mentor—and a lifelong adventurer in both the professional and personal realms. She is also a dedicated parent, wife, daughter, and friend, valuing deep connections in all aspects of life. Jane’s corporate career spanned sales, marketing, HR, and talent development across industries including television, retail, and professional services. She was selected to train as an executive coach as part of a culture change initiative for a major retailer, which ignited her passion for coaching. This led her to a “Big 4” professional services firm, where she worked as an executive career coach before establishing her private coaching practice nearly 20 years ago. Since then, Jane has supported hundreds of professionals through career transitions and leadership development. As an integrative, relational coach, she holds an ICF PCC credential and a Certificate in Clinical Supervision from Metanoia, offering both 1:1 and group supervision. A firm believer in continuous growth, Jane became a Certified One of Many Coach during the pandemic in 2020—an experience she describes as “the best personal development programme of my career.” She now gives back as a mentor within the One of Many community, helping others navigate their own professional and personal journeys.
