Certified Coach
All of these women have completed our Coach Certification and so are fully qualified as One of Many Certified Women's Coaches.
Certified Coach (Associate)
Some have completed our Coach Certification and regularly work with us "in house" to support women just like in our programmes. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Associate".
Certified Trainer
A small group have gone deeper with the work and have done further training with us. They are certified to teach the tools to larger groups having additionally completed our Trainer’s Certification. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Trainer".

Do you feel like you are always wearing a mask at work? Would you like to experience the gift of being your true authentic self without worrying about what other's think? I know from personal experience that working with a coach has given me the opportunity to do just that.
10 years ago I suffered with PTSD after a unique and tragic trauma case. I had 3 months off work and fantastic support along with EMDR (Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) therapy. I made it back to work as a Consultant Vascular Surgeon and eventually learned to love my job again. In May 2020 near the start of the Covid Pandemic I attended another unique and tragic maternity emergency case. My PTSD was re-triggered and I had another period of leave. Once I had pulled back from the depths of despair I chose to work with a coach to explore my future path. I had always prided myself on 'being me' at work. People often commented that 'I was not your typical vascular surgeon' I wanted to show that it was possible to break the stereotype, however, I recognise now that it came at a cost.
BUT... now I know there is another way and I am so excited to be able to offer more women the gift of ripping off the mask and armour to reveal their true purpose, talents and identity.
Through following my values and understanding my unique talents and abilities I have experienced more joy at work than I ever have before. I am able to be my best self, knowing that if I look after me first the rest will follow naturally.
