With over 35 years experience Cath is a highly successful Leadership Coach, Advanced Skills Teacher and Trainer, Presentation and Communications Teacher, Speaker,Author, physicist, proud Mum, traveller, loving wife and friend.

Her clients are often high achieving women, who are running their own businesses or working in a male dominated corporate environment or in education. She works with women who are extremely busy and can't slow down, who are over-committed and heading for burnout. Women who are having problems with their team, who are outwardly confident but suffer from Impostor Syndrome or lack of self worth, who are perfectionists with a strong inner critic.

She has coached a wide variety of clients ranging from international sportspeople and Liverpool Football Academy, to CEOs, Entrepreneurs and Senior Leaders in Education and Business. She is the author of several e-books on presenting and confidence and is a co-author of “Public Speaking Tips of the Pros” and “The Coaching Gurus”.

She began her career as a teacher of physics and worked in a number of establishments, ranging from a prestigious boys’ independent school (where she was the only female teacher) to a variety of inner city comprehensives. She was the first Advanced Skills Teacher to be appointed in Merseyside, an award only accorded to the top 1% of teachers in the UK and became the Lead Learner and Coach of the Senior Leadership Team at a Specialist Sports College. With a determination and dedication to helping people achieve their potential she introduced the methodologies of Accelerated Learning, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Coaching into the curriculum and designed and ran a successful Coaching Programme for the staff and students. Her innovative work in Education led to her training 1000s of teachers in her approach, speaking at both national and international conferences and collaborating on national initiatives.

When her sister died of cancer at the age of 39, leaving three young children, Cath felt it was a wake -up call for her to follow a different path and 13 years ago she decided to leave Education to set up her own Training and Coaching Company.

She has a hunger for learning and a firm belief in the benefits of continuing personal and professional development and over the years and as well as having  an Honours Degree in Physics and a P.G.C.E she has acquired qualifications and certifications as an NLP Trainer, Master Practitioner of NLP, Master Results Coaching, Master Hypnosis, Performance Consulting, Advanced Neurological Re-patterning, DISC Profiling for Leadership, Persuasive Language and Advanced Diplomas (Distinction Level) in Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and Leadership Coaching. She is a One of many Certified Coach and a One of many Certified Trainer.

She regularly facilitates on the Implementation Mastery Sessions in the global World Business and Executive Coach Summit and is the Director of Cath Daley Ltd. She is an In-House Coach  for One of many on the Lead the Change, Lead the Change Mastery and Be Powerful Programmes as well as being a Coach Assessor and Mentor and a Trainer Assessor and Mentor for One of many.
