Certified Coach
All of these women have completed our Coach Certification and so are fully qualified as One of Many Certified Women's Coaches.
Certified Coach (Associate)
Some have completed our Coach Certification and regularly work with us "in house" to support women just like in our programmes. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Associate".
Certified Trainer
A small group have gone deeper with the work and have done further training with us. They are certified to teach the tools to larger groups having additionally completed our Trainer’s Certification. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Trainer".

Caroline Doran
Caroline works with women leaders who have lost sight of what excites and drives them. Caroline works with her clients to reconnect them with their passion and purpose. Alongside this she explores their unique leadership gifts and how these can be harnessed to take that purpose out in to the world to make the difference her clients feel called to make.
Caroline primarily works with women who are called to make a difference in the world and has found that these women usually, but not always, work in non-profit organisations.
Caroline has almost 20 years’ experience of working with and in UK charities. She has implemented significant programmes of change in the UK’s largest charity – Cancer Research UK. Caroline passionately believes that the charity sector requires a new kind of leadership in order to have the impact the world needs right now and in the future.
