Certified Coach
All of these women have completed our Coach Certification and so are fully qualified as One of Many Certified Women's Coaches.
Certified Coach (Associate)
Some have completed our Coach Certification and regularly work with us "in house" to support women just like in our programmes. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Associate".
Certified Trainer
A small group have gone deeper with the work and have done further training with us. They are certified to teach the tools to larger groups having additionally completed our Trainer’s Certification. Their profiles are designated with the ribbon "Trainer".

Bev Thorogood
Bev Thorogood is a transformational coach and business mentor, an educator and a post menopausal entrepreneur with ADHD – phew that’s quite a mouthful!
She started her business at the ripe old age of 52, after spending 32 years working for the Ministry of Defence and in the midst of the maelstrom of perimenopausal symptoms, unaware at that time of her divergent brain and without a clue how to run a business.
Over the last 6 years she built a successful freelance training business delivering menopause awareness training to businesses and working with some amazing clients including Channel 4 TV, The UK Space Agency, Amnesty International and the Royal Air Force to name just a few.
She now coaches ambitious midlife female entrepreneur coaches and trainers on how to grow their business through adding a corporate market to their offers. Enabling them to increase revenue and have a wider impact.
She's the author of ‘The Business of Menopause, A Guide for Working Women’ and a TEDx speaker with her talk titled ADHD in Menopausal Women.
But her first love has always been coaching. She absolutely loves seeing her clients break down their self-limiting beliefs and overcome the barriers that hold them back from achieving their life and business goals.
